I think some of the districts are way delayed. I'm waiting in LA 85 and still nothing.

What a great way to ring in this new year: Not getting our festival hats. Now we have to wait for Gaile to come on here, reassure us, etc etc. But it is barely 2:30 in Washington. Guess we will have to wait through 2 more events . . .
